| Brookwood and Walnut Creek Group Homes are elegant, safe, thriving homes located in the Community, serving individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. Brookwood, Walnut Creek and the HCS company AIM HIGH are very well respected in their communities and in the industry. Our reputation is among the "Best of the Best" in Texas. The owners , Connie LeeMauk and Wendy Yates have over 50 years experience in working with individuals with mental retardation. Yo will be hard pressed to find any problem or have any question that they have not experienced and cannot answer. But challenge us, give us a call! At this time, we do not have any openings in our ICF-MR group homes, but we are always open to discussing you or your loved ones and helping you to find services.
